First, I was really excited to order this lamp. The lamp was taking longer than expected so I started googling the company and got nervous it was a scam due to online reviews. Long story short, the lamp ships from overseas and with supply chain delays, I just needed to be patient. I got it today and couldn't be happier. It was professionally packaged so nice. I hope to hang it this afternoon. I wrote the company an apology and plan to order another one in the future. They are professional and very patient and responsive. Great shop.
