the gold is very gold, just like in the picture. the bird itself is a little larger than pictured, and the feet of the bird are slightly different as well, the bird itself actually magnetically clips in by the feet. product itself was well packaged and protected during the shipping process, and relatively easy to assemble. all parts feel pretty durable, including the bird which is made of a kind of folded flexible plastic sheet.

i will say that this seller's customer service is by far one of the best i've experienced.

This is a great lamp if you like birds and the plastic material! My cats love to play with it! The directions are unclear of how to set it up so you just got to try your best and invent your own way of setting it up! Lights are bright!

I really love this lamp. It diffuses light beautifully creating soft light that I adore. The bird is lightweight and elegantly designed. Easy to assemble and get going! Gold finish seems a bit cheap but doesn’t really lessen the beauty of the lamp overall. I have received so many compliments. I’ll be looking to get some of the other styles too.

I bought this lamp for my husband . It was simple to put together myself. It’s even nicer than I had expected and it creates a great deal of light. We love it and it looks great in our living room.
